A surveying practice built on a single idea: measure it properly.
BenchMark works from Mupliyam, Thrissur, surveying land for the people who build on it — homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers and developers.
The practice
Where the name comes from
In surveying, a benchmark is a permanent point of known height — the fixed reference every other measurement on a site is taken from. Get the benchmark wrong and everything built afterwards inherits the error.
That is the standard we set for ourselves. Every drawing that leaves our office is tied to established control, measured with electronic instruments and checked before it reaches you. We do not round numbers to make them tidy, and we do not report an area we have not measured.
Our work covers Thrissur district most days — Mupliyam, Cherppu, Ollur, Irinjalakuda, Chalakudy and beyond — and travels further across Kerala for larger parcels, subdivision layouts and project sites.
A survey is not paperwork. It is the one document that tells you what you actually own, and where you can actually build.

Tell us the location, the plot and what you need it for. We confirm scope, deliverables and a fixed price before anything begins.

Site Visit
We reach the site, walk the boundary with you, identify existing corners and reference points, and establish control for the survey.

1–2 days
Digital Survey
Field measurement with Total Station and GNSS — every corner, level and feature captured as coordinate data, not as a sketch.

1–2 days
Report Generation
Field data is processed into a scaled CAD drawing, areas are computed, and everything is checked against the on-site measurements.

On completion
Final Delivery
You receive the drawing in DWG and PDF with the area statement — and we stay available to explain it to your architect or engineer.
